Return Policy

At MagPot, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we will gladly accept returns within a specified period. 

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@magpot.com. Once your return is approved, you can send your item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
